I purchased a speaker for my elderly father in December 2016. I only used it 3 times in the space 3 months then it stopped working. On March the 28th 2017, at approximate 3:30pm, I took the speaker back to the Keysborough store in Melbourne, Victoria.

The young male sales assistant examined the speaker and basically said that I damaged the port and therefore the speaker could not be replaced. I can honestly say that the speaker was not damaged in any way, shape or form by me or anyone else in my family.

I am absolutely disgusted that the onus of responsibility of the breakdown of a faulty product was passed on to the consumer!

My advice to you is stay well clear of the office works store mentioned above, because your warranty is as good as your toilet paper!
